What I love about gratitude and positive emotions is that It is a habit of the heart. I feel good, am more productive, I can’t be sad, depressed or angry while feeling gratitude and it has helped me with stress, grief, mental health, relationships, respond to challenges and say yes to opportunities.

The beauty of gratitude is that it amplifies the good we already have, it helps rescue us from negativity or struggles and fosters connection. It heals, gives hope and helps us not feel deflated. It reduces stress, increases well-being and happiness, as well as coping with life’s daily challenges.

Happiness is a skill that can be learnt and developed into empowering life habits. Many of the impacts of life in Physical, Mental, Social/Emotional & Spiritual Health including depression, anxiety, ill health, low self esteem, loneliness, mental health, stress, overwhelm, life unbalance, unhappiness, weak relationships, loss of direction, meaning, purpose and low productivity can be lessened or prevented. Through regular practices and habits that help rewire the brain and increase in our bodies the happy chemicals such as Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin & Endorphins we can positively impact our happiness and well-beings levels.

We share knowledge, skills, tools and experience to inspire, encourage, shift mindset to develop and integrate positive, empowering habits into our lives. We do this with a focus on core values at the heart of everything we think, say and do.

We combine Personal Development with The Science of Happiness & Spirituality to create and share uniquely creative, informative and valuable material through talks, workshops and coaching.
