The Retreat is brought to you by Saijal and Shaileen, friends who both have been on the self-development journey for decades learning ideas, tools and techniques, practising and sharing what they have learnt. This has helped them in their roles in work, as parents, in community and as carers for their respective mums. 

Saijal (Saij Wellness) is a certified Mind Valley Life Coach, meditation teacher & pranic healer. Her purpose is to change people's lives through her own life experiences.  www.SaijWellness.com

Q1 When and Where is the Retreat?

The Retreat runs from Sat 8th Nov 5pm till Mon 10th Nov 2pm at The Vedanta in Lincolnshire.

Q2 What is the investment for the retreat?

  • On a shared room basis the price per person is:

£550 for the first 6 registrations £595 early bird till 31st May £625 from 1st June

If you do not want to share and require Single occupancy it is £125 extra.

  • For people booking together, 2 or more at the same time and sharing a room : £550 pp early bird till 31st May, £600 pp from 1st June

  • Deposit is £350 to secure you place with the balance to be paid by 1st Aug

Q3 What is included?

  • Mix of workshops, activities, energisers and relaxation

    • Workshop sessions led by Shaileen and Saijal

    • Sessions to practice breathwork, meditation/mindfulness, movement, gratitude, journaling & more

  • 2 nights in shared accommodation with en-suite. Eco-friendly mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets, guaranteeing a deep and restful sleep. Each room includes a welcome pack with body wash, shampoo, a vanity kit, lotions, and fluffy towels

  • 2 Breakfasts, 2 Lunches, 2 Dinners - be nourished with wholesome, heart warming, vegetarian/vegan meals - no garlic/onion. Let us know of any allergies/dietary requirements

  • Access to venue facilities (including our swimming pool and spa area with a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, plus our 24-hour gym and games room) at designated times

  • Refreshments station, with teas, coffees and hot drinks

  • Walks in the beautiful grounds

  • Relax & Connection time

Travel to and from the venue is not included - though lifts are often arranged with fellow attendees with a contribution to the fuel.

  • Train: The closest station is Lincoln Station (10 min drive from The Vedanta), which is approximately a 2.5-hour journey from Kings Cross and Birmingham New Street.

  • Car: There is free parking on-site for 45 cars.

Q6 Accessibility

  • The Vedanta strives to offer the best possible standards of customer care to each guest, no matter what their needs might be. The main part of the building dates back to the 1800’s, yet have tried wherever possible to be wheelchair accessible.

  • The venue have lift access to most of our floors, but the lift is not large enough for a wheelchair. Please feel free to call us in advance to discuss your specific needs.

Q7 Cancellation Policy

  • For any cancellations after booking you will not receive your deposit back.

  • You can transfer or gift you place to someone else.

  • Only under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Shaileen and Saijal they may provide a partial refund post the retreat.
