Happy Life Habits is celebrating with a event on the actual day, there will be various zones such as laughter, relaxation, life after loss, gratitude and more for people to discuss, share, express, explore, listen and connect. We will have comedy, laughter yoga, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) - Tapping, rebuilding life after loss, gratitude and more. This celebration is delivered with the help of:

Mary Thomson will share a Playful blending of Happiness, Laughter Yoga, Mindfulness and Gratitude

Kalpana Doshi will combine Laughter Yoga and lead a Meditation

Mel Byron will bring smiles with Comedy and Laughter

Suraj Shah will hold space on “Rebuilding a calm, joyful and purposeful life following the loss of a loved one”

Nina Joshi Ramsey will conduct EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) - Tapping

Hansa Pankhania will lead a Relaxation Meditation

Melanie Bloch will share Laughter from the Inside Out
